Notary Public Services

Notaries Public are "commissioned" (i.e., licensed) by the Secretary of State. Notarial functions include:

  • administering oaths and affirmations;

  • taking affidavits and depositions;

  • receiving and certifying acknowledgments or proof of such written instruments as deeds, mortgages and powers of attorney; and;

  • demanding acceptance or payment of foreign and inland bills of exchange, promissory notes and obligations in writing, and protesting the same for non-payment

  • Local Notary Public (Bronx, NY) - We are located in the Melrose area of Bronx, NY and can provide notary services - available by appointment only 

  • Mobile Notary Public (NYC) - Our notary will travel locally to provide notarial services to you. This concierge service will incur a travel fee based on location. This service is only available by appointment only, and must be booked a minimum of 24 Hours in advance. 

Traditional Notarial Fees:

Jurats - $2.00
Swearing a witness - $2.00

Staten Island: 9am-9pm: 200.00; 9pm-9am: 250.00

Remote Notary Services

We utilize Blue Notary Software. Once you have set your appointment, you will receive an email with instructions to log into Blue Notary, where we will validate your identity (Photo ID, and Face to Face validation), once completed, We will have a virtual (face to face) session to legally notarize your document.

Notarization (one stamp) - $25

Additional stamps - $8

Additional signer - $5

Witness (invite your own) - $0

Witness as a Service, by Consultax USA certified notary - $10
